At Trocador we treat your data the way we build our tools — carefully and without cutting corners. Here, in plain terms, is what we collect, why we hold it, and the say you have over it whenever you browse or buy.
01 · What we collect
To ship an order we need the basics — your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and payment details. As you browse, our systems log limited technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you open, gathered through cookies and similar tools.
02 · Why we hold it

03 · Who sees it
We never sell your data. It goes only to the partners who make an order happen — payment processors, freight couriers and analytics providers — and each gets only the minimum they need to do the job.
04 · How we guard it
Traffic to and from our store runs over encrypted SSL, and access to your details is restricted. No online system is ever completely risk-free, so while we protect your data with care we can't promise absolute security.
05 · Your controls
You can ask us to show, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you at any time. You can also step off our marketing list whenever you like using the unsubscribe link at the foot of any email.
