01 · Where we ship
We deliver worldwide and freight is free on every order — the figure you see at checkout is the figure you pay, with no delivery surcharge bolted on afterward.
02 · Getting it out
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 24 hours on a business day. Anything placed over a weekend or public holiday ships on the next working day.
03 · Transit time
Most parcels land within 7 to 15 business days of dispatch, depending on your country and local customs. Treat these as estimates rather than guarantees — peak periods and courier delays can add a little time.
04 · Tracking
The moment your order ships we email a tracking number. You can also drop that number into the "Track your rig" box on our home page for a live status any time.
05 · Duties & taxes
Depending on where you live, your order may attract import duties or local taxes on arrival. Any such charges are set by your government and are the responsibility of the recipient.
06 · Wrong address or missing parcel
Double-check your shipping address before ordering — we can't be responsible for deliveries sent to an incorrect address. If a parcel looks lost or is delayed well past the estimate, contact us and we'll help chase it down.
