By visiting this website and buying from Trocador ("we", "us", "our") you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you order — if any part doesn't sit right, we ask that you don't use the store.

01 · Using this site

You agree to use our store only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, this site by anyone else. You must be able to enter a binding contract to place an order.

02 · Product & pricing

We aim to describe the product and show its price as accurately as we can. Even so, errors slip through — if we spot a mistake in the price or description of an item you've ordered, we'll let you know and give you the choice to continue or cancel.

03 · Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit or cancel quantities — for example where stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. Where we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

04 · Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment providers. By submitting your details you confirm you're authorised to use the chosen payment method.

05 · Safe use of the product

The Trocador extractor is built for the automotive and marine maintenance tasks described on this site. Follow the included instructions and standard safety precautions. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse or from ignoring those instructions.

06 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

07 · Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Trocador or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

08 · Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies to your purchase.
