Returns & Refunds

You have a full 30 days from the day your order lands to request a return — no maze to navigate.
01 · What qualifies
To be eligible, the kit must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and back in its original packaging. Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery, sadly, can't be accepted.
02 · Start a return
Email us at support@trocador.cz with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and simple instructions to walk you through it.
03 · Return freight
Unless the item arrived faulty or the wrong product was sent, the cost of return shipping sits with the customer. We recommend a tracked service — we can't take responsibility for returns that never reach us.
04 · Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes a quick inspection, we approve the refund and send it back to your original payment method. It usually shows within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
05 · Damaged or wrong item
If your order turns up damaged, faulty or simply wrong, get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, shipping included.
